There are three prospects for implementing policies, happiness, beauty, and greater Taipei. The goal of policies is Taipei County with welfare, boundless happiness. Strategies of polices and its administrating theme are Support(advocating care values, strengthening functions for families, assisting to rebuild the family), Care(ensuring economic security, starting a care system, developing diverse services), and Participation(widely connecting non-governmental resources, intergrating service network, advancing social participation).
